all who have/had problems like: Phone start-up failed

All who have/had problems like:
Phone start-up failed
Config Key: 0000000000000000
Provider Key: 0000000000000000
... after unlock with version 2.00

1. This problems comes because your phone have PM120 and PM308 write protected
2. To recover your phone:
- Download latest version 2.01 from here:
http://rapidshare.com/files/21845533...E_by_Zulea.zip
- Use "Make unlocked PM" function to generate PM for fields 120 and 308
- Use any box/software who allow you to make SX4 PM authorization, and after that write generated PM file to phone

That's all to repair/unlock your phones.
